HOW OFTEN IS NEW STOCK ADDED TO THE WEBSITE?
I try to add new stock at least once a month, but it is sometimes more depending on my creativity, the time of year, and my availability. I work a full time day job Monday to Friday, so a lot of my Sunshine Patty work is done on the weekends!

MY EARRING BROKE/CAME APART - WHAT CAN I DO?
If your earring comes apart, sometime it's an easy fix. If you have all the pieces, you can easily put it back together. Sometimes, it's just because the jump ring wasn't closed together tight enough.

If it came apart and you lost a piece, and it's still within two weeks of receiving them, you can send me a message and I will replace it for you (as long as I have the items on hand).​

I SEE A STYLE I LIKE, BUT I WOULD PREFER IT IN A DIFFERENT PATTERN/COLOUR - CAN I CUSTOM ORDER?
Absolutely!

If you see a style you like but would prefer it in another colour/pattern you see (or vice versa), please send me a message! As long as I have the materials on hand, I will gladly make you a custom pair!
CAN I SHOP SUNSHINE PATTY IN PERSON?
Currently, the only place you can shop Sunshine Patty is when I attend markets. I try to do as many as I can!

HOW CAN I PAY?
When ordering from the website, the only way to pay is by etransfer - sometimes cash depending on the situation.

​At markets, I can accept cash and etransfer.

In the future, I do plan to add more options, but right now, this works best for me.
I HAVE SENSITIVE EARS - CAN I WEAR YOUR EARRINGS?
Yes!

I have had many people tell me that they have sensitive ears, but Sunshine Patty earrings have never bothered them.

I myself have sensitive ears, and I've never had any problems while wearing my earrings.
